At LickMitt®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item must not have been exposed to food, treats, or pet use

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used items are not eligible for return, including any product that has been in contact with food, treats, or pets.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Products that have been exposed to food or treats

  • Final sale or clearance items


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund after verification.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or product, please place a new order after completing your return.
